  1. I just want to go to sleep. Why is it so difficult to follow you? I have paid on Podbean and you disappeared. ??? Tired, feeling I’ll trying to figure this out.

    1. I’ve not disappeared, I’ve been doing business as usual. The only place I’ve not been posting is on my Dan Jones Sleep Meditations YouTube channel. I’ve carried on my therapy training business like usual, which is my main income, I’ve carried on posting fortnightly to The Mind Changers YouTube channel like usual. Podbean is where you have access to my full library of sleep meditations, obviously there are no new sleep meditations created because my YouTube Sleep Meditation Creation Sessions haven’t been happening so there are no new sleep meditations, so there are no new updates to share, and you commented on another post about my Halloween eCourse sale. I promoted that on my Facebook page, my Facebook Hypnosis group, on YouTube and on my site here. There are the locations I always share my eCourse sales updates (when they are public). There isn’t a mechanism to my knowledge to inform people on Podbean and that isn’t the audience interested in professional hypnotherapy courses, that is people subscribing to gain access to my library of sleep meditations ad-free and with convenience that they can download and listen to, or create playlists of whatever tracks they want and listen without a lit screen etc, not professional hypnotherapists. I generally don’t share my eCourse updates in my sleep meditation Facebook group, unless it is an offer on my therapeutic storytelling eCourse, because it isn’t relevant, but if you follow my Dan Jones business page, or if you still use YouTube and so see community posts, or if you follow this blog, or if you have already taken one of my eCourses and subscribe to receive email’s, then you would have seen the Halloween sale email and if you have taken any of my eCourses, you will see more sales than I share publicly.

I don’t really understand the ‘disappeared’ comment, when I haven’t stop doing anything different other than stopping doing my Sleep Meditation YouTube channel, nothing else about what I do has changed, except that I have been putting time into trying to make my hypnosis documentary series on The Mind Changers YouTube channel, which normally I wouldn’t have time to do, because of the time it takes me to do the videos on my Sleep Meditation channel. So, I am trying to get those documentaries done before YouTube perhaps sorts out the mid-roll ads problem and I start back posting on my Sleep Meditation channel and then don’t have time to make those other videos.

If you want to sleep, then I recommend giving the sleep meditations a go, there are over 200 to choose from on YouTube or the Podbean app and over 150 to choose from on streaming and downloads services and obviously repeated use of the same few is what gets the best results, so it is best to find the ones that are right for you and largely sticking to them.
