Hypnotic Memories (Sleep Story)

This is a very personal sleep meditation, it was recorded during a live sleep meditation creation session as a tribute to my best friend shortly after he took his life, covering our shared interests, a replication of one of the first hypnotic inductions I created for him about 20 years ago, etc. This was very emotional to record and had tears in my eyes for parts of recording this. This sleep meditation means a lot to me and hopefully you will like it also. As well as helping with anxiety, stress and worry, this has been created to help with the grieving process.

This is a deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation sleep story for grownups designed, like all my deep relaxation stories, to calm an overactive mind, reduce stress, worry and anxiety while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia. 

This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about a young man walking up a mountain path to a rock high up the mountain where they sit, look back at how far they have come, before drifting into a reverie and discovering themselves sat in a captains chair of a star ship. The ship heads to a destination. They head down in a shuttle from the ship to a planet. They land on the planet near dense woodland and a lake. They touch the grass-like plant on the ground. They hear what sounds like humpback whale call. They walk through the woodland to the lake, setting up camp on the edge of the lake. They see a humpback whale breaching in the lake. The next day, they check on the humpback whales and play with a dolphin. After a while, they find themselves drifting out of the reverie and finding themselves sat on that rock on the mountain where they release an urn of ashes out to the wind before continuing up the mountain to the summit. Once at the summit, they parachute from the top of the mountain and touchdown on the edge of the river running through the forest. They use wood they find and the parachute to create a boat before rowing down the river to a nearby town, check-in to a hotel, go to their room, settle down in bed and drift comfortably asleep. As they fall asleep, they find themselves awakening in an armchair. They notice in a mirror, how they have aged and wonder where all the years have gone. They sit back down in that chair and write about their experiences before heading back into their minds, creating incredibly realistic inner experiences as if they are really in those experiences. Later in the day, they sit looking out over the garden while stroking their cat on their lap before heading to bed and drifting asleep.

Some background to my choice of metaphors in this story:
When Graham was still in his teens he wanted to know what it would be like to grow old, to lead a life, so we did hypnosis and time distortion so that 5 minutes of real-world time was a lifetime of hypnotic time. He experienced a whole lifetime in that 5 minutes, then we spent hours talking about his experience. He was cremated and will have his ashes scattered in a hilly, countryside location. One of the first unscripted inductions I ever created was when he asked if I could create a Star Trek induction for him and so I made one, using increasing warp speed as a deepener. We went camping together and were always inventing things etc…

Genie in the Bottle (Sleep Story)

This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about a woman waking up in a hotel wrapped in a duvet cover. At breakfast, the woman watches the other customers and tries to work out what she can about them from her observations. After breakfast, she heads into the local town, climbs into the back garden of an old building. She enters and explores this old building. In a room, the woman finds a prism, she reflects rainbow light around the room. She finds an unusual looking book in a box which contains a golden key. She finds another book, she places this in her backpack. She uses a pendulum to dowse to find what she is looking for. She finds a book. She reads through that old book before leaving the building and heading to a nearby park where she continues reading that book and taking notes on what she is reading. The woman hunts down a stream that may be the fountain of youth. She drinks some of the water before searching for a cave. She discovers the cave and heads into the cave. In the cave, she discovers a room with silver wall, floors and door and a green bottle on a plinth. She opens the bottle, to find herself sat in a meadow. She wondered where she was. She could see a river, a lake and a small cabin. She walks towards the cabin where she passes a fox cub, sleeping under a hedge. A fox comes over to her with its cubs and talks to her. She heads into the cabin where she sees a cat sleeping in front of the fire. She sees a man in a purple robe with a purple floppy hat. He introduces himself as the genie in this bottle. She is confused to discover that she is inside the bottle. As the woman sits down, she realises that the furniture sings songs of her movement. She relaxes back in the chair and talks with the genie before heading outside the cabin and fishing with the genie. She then asks her wishes before leaving the cave, finding her way back to a meadow at night time. She heard someone walking towards her. She recognised that it was the genie. They sat beside her. They thanked her for the wishes she made and gives her a coin that she can use to communicate with them in the future. The woman returned to her hotel, settled for the night, the next day she explored the town she was staying in, before heading home the next day, where she enjoyed falling asleep in her own bed.

The Mirror Portals (Sleep Story)

This is a deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation sleep story for grownups designed, like all my deep relaxation stories, to calm an overactive mind, reduce stress, worry and anxiety while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia. 

This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about you finding yourself sailing on the ocean at nighttime. You drift asleep on the boat and find yourself dreaming of being in a room of mirrors. You pass through a mirror and find yourself in the past, you hear a friend behind you. You recognise them as being a friend from school. You find that the two of you are exploring the woods. You discover a treehouse and enter the treehouse. You wish this moment could last. After being in the treehouse, you head back to through the mirror. Your friend says that they are always with you. You pass through the mirror again and find yourself sitting in a conservatory at home reading a book. You start to wonder whether you have astral travelled. You talk with a friend before they head to bed. You find your way back through the mirror and find another mirror which you head through, you find yourself in a meadow, gazing at the stars. You realise that you don’t recognise any of the constellations. As you notice something rising in the sky, you notice that it is a Saturn-like planet and you realise that you are on a terraformed moon around that planet. You fall asleep on the grass and awaken to curious butterflies, you gets asked if you would like something to eat and realise that there are scientists here in research stations. You eat with them while looking at their technology. You discover you are many thousands of years in the future around a planet around a distant star. The scientists explained that the mirrors were portals. You head back through the mirror back to the room, the mirrors begin to fade and you find yourself back on the boat. You continue your journey, see whales, approach land. As night falls, you arrive at your destination – a secret cove. You head to a cabin in the cove, you relax for a while before heading to bed, looking forward to the next few days on holiday, as you drift peacefully asleep.

Enlightening Consciousness (Sleep Story)

This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about being on an old steam train. You travel on the steam train with a friend, heading north in the UK. You relax in your seat and comfortably drift asleep dreaming about being in a row boat, rowing along the side of a forest. You pull over and camp by the edge of the river. As you fall asleep in this dream, you realise you are dreaming about falling asleep. The next morning, you wake up greeted by a swam of beautiful butterflies that settle into a tree. You continue your journey walking along the river bank and then into the forest. You discover a clearing with an ancient temple. You walk into the temple, finding it a calm and relaxing place to be. You descend below the temple where you find a chamber with a proto-language on the walls of the chamber. The writing tells the story about aliens visiting and starting this culture, ending with a magic spell described which can connect you to the Gods. You give the spell a go. You discover that you connect with an automated psychic beacon. You find that knowledge and wisdom is transmitting into you. As you exit the temple, you begin to notice the sounds and movement of the train and find yourself awakening on the train again. As the journey continues in the early morning shortly before sunrise, you notice lightning flashing among the mist outside and then there is darkness, followed by seeing a view out of the window of mountains. The train comes to a halt. The guard tells the passengers that there is nothing to worry about, something strange has happened. As you look behind the train, you notice that there seems to be a portal which the train has passed through. A scientist arrives and tells the passengers that a science experiment has gone wrong and accidently created this portal. They say that there are 8 rifts open around the central experiment. They have been trying to check each portal to make sure nothing comes through them, but this one has a train which has gone through it. The scientists help get the train back through the portal, before closing the portal. On arrival at your destination, you have dinner before heading to bed. The next day after breakfast, you go hiking and meet someone out walking a cat. You stroke the cat before continuing your journey. You find a warm lake which you swim in. After swimming, you head to a nearby cabin. In the cabin, you open a book which emits a blue light. You discover that many of the books emit light. As you touch the side of the bookshelf, it vanishes, revealing an new world. The person with the cat arrives at the cabin. The cat seems to be looking at something, you wonder what it is looking at. Someone dressed in purple suddenly appears. They explain about the way the world used to be, with witches and wizards and fantastical creatures. They share that the portal in the bookcase is a portal to a spirit world. After your encounter, you head back to the hotel, spend some time in the spa, enjoying a relaxing break, before heading back home to London and experiencing the pleasure of being home, sleeping in your own bed.

Oasis in the Mind (Sleep Story)

(Premium) This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about one evening, walking into a garden on a farm, heading to a tree swing at the back of the garden. You sit on the tree swing. You think about a time in the past when you created this swing. You gently swing on that swing. You can see the sheep in the field. You try to count those sheep and find yourself drifting into a daydream. You find that your mind flies and realise that you are a butterfly. You settle down by a pool of water where you notice a wormhole open up which you travel through. You find yourself exiting the wormhole in a desert at night-time. You are aware that you are here as just consciousness, which is projecting a sense of having a physical body around you. You see an oasis, which you head towards. At the oasis, you meet someone who tells you that this is the oasis in the mind. You sit next to the person near the lake, listening to the crackling campfire, the rustling trees and listen to their voice as they guide you through a healing experience, guide you to a library in your mind where you can access universal knowledge and wisdom. After reading a while, you walk through a door and find yourself in an old English country garden. You head into the cottage and find a note telling you to make yourself comfortable and recommending that you check out the sensory deprivation tank upstairs. You go and try out the sensory deprivation tank. You drift into an inner experience with no time, no up, down, left, right, back or forth, just here and now. You hear the sound of a beach. You have a sense of lying on a comfortable towel on the beach on a sunny day. You stand up and walk into the water, you then head back and sit down and have an experience of the oasis in your mind before finding yourself back in the sensory deprivation tank, having something to eat and drink in the cottage, talking to a little old lady in the back garden of the cottage before finding your way back to the library and back to the oasis, to that person who has been guiding you. You notice a sandstorm has whipped up across the desert. You get told to trust yourself, before you set off into the sandstorm to find your way back to the wormhole. You find yourself back as a butterfly and drift back to having a sense of swinging on that swing aware that you lost track of your counting. You notice a distant storm is coming, so you get all the animals safe for the night. You head home, sit on the porch while the rain increases, before heading inside, sitting in a seat reading and then heading to bed.

Encounter with the Deep Sleep Guide (Sleep Story)

(Premium) This deep sleep experience healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups where you have a sense of laying in a hammock swaying in the breeze between two trees. While rocking asleep, you drift into a dream, finding yourself walking through the softest grass at night-time towards a lake. You row across the lake, you head to a cabin, meet someone at the cabin who invites you in, telling you that they have been expecting you. You sit deeply in a seat near a cat on a rug. The person says their role is to guide you through an experience. They then guide you through an experience. You find yourself at the top of ten steps down to a beach. You descend the steps to the beach as the person counts down. You walk along the beach to a cave where you are told to close your eyes. You close your eyes and notice light dancing through your closed eyelids, they tell you they will pass their hand over your closed eyes and you go even deeper asleep. You find yourself in a meadow. You walk with the person down to a river, you both find a stick and release the sticks into the water at the same time. They sit on a rock and ask you to sit on a rock and tell you it is time to go deeper asleep. They guide you through a deeper process where you reach a location with steps to a garden, you get guided down into the garden. You walk into a shed in the garden and find out the other side of the shed is an unusual land of mushroom houses. Someone from their mushroom house comes out to greet you, they sit you by a campfire, the village gathers, they play drums, dancing and chanting. They encourage you to join in. They guide you through following the rhythm and find it helps you set up to awaken feeling great in the morning. You rock asleep and drift into a sanctuary in your mind.

Journey of Inner Discovery (Sleep Story)

(Premium) This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about a woman walking along the edge of a river through a meadow near woodland. The woman follows the river to a cliff edge looking out over an open view. She looks down on the view at the wildlife. She abseils down the cliff. She walks around the lake, away from the waterfall, to continue following the river. She sets up camp a little way from the river, has something to eat, then settles down to sleep. The woman finds herself walking down a footpath from her front door, but the door isn’t attached to anything and all around looks like dense fog. She walks to the mailbox at the end of the footpath where she finds a letter. She reads the letter. She reads that a horse will arrive and that the letter is from me. After reading the letter a horse arrives. She sets off on the horse, trotting through woodland on a spring day to a cottage in a clearing. Someone was swinging on a rocking chair outside the cottage. The woman walked to the person at the cottage. They said ‘let’s play a game’. They got out what looked like a chess set, but instead of chess pieces, they were varieties of mushrooms. They started the game, each mushroom of the opponents taken, you eat. The more the woman won, the more mushrooms she ate and the more her reality shifted to look like she was in a painting with a black hole in the painting. She walked through the black hole and discovered it was a long tunnel, like a cave in the painting. In the cave, she touched the electric blue glowing moss. She used this moss to light her way through the cave. She encountered a plank on the ground, walked across the plank, noticing once on the other side that the plank was over a long drop. She continued on and out of the cave. She gazed over a view of animals around a pool of water. She walked to the water, drank some of the water and swam in the water, floating on her back with the warmth of the sun on her face and closed eyes. The woman leaves the water and heads to a box, opens the box, finding a soft stone with a piece of paper tied to it. She reads the paper and takes the stone, then finds a fog set in again and is stood next to that mailbox. She sees her front door, walks through the door and becomes aware of the sound of rain on the tent. In the morning, she leaves the tent and continues her journey, noticing the stone in her pocket from her dream. She heads to her destination to photograph a lunar eclipse. After the eclipse, she settles down in the tent, looking through her photographs. The next day, she hikes her journey back to her car, sleeps in her car for the night in the rain. The next morning, she drives home in the light rain. Once home, she sees a parcel delivered for her. She opens it and discovers it is a painting. That night, she settled down and drifts comfortably asleep.

This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about someone at home clearing out their loft. They find photographs and look through the photos, stopping to look at photos of Paris. They went through a box of old photos handed down through their family. They found a photo of Egypt, they drifted into a reverie, thinking about what it would have been like to be in Egypt in a tent. They imagined walking into a pyramid. They find a secret path deeper into the pyramid. Deep in the pyramid they discover a pulsing orb which seems to pulse through the chamber and their body. They reach towards the orb. With a pulse, they find themselves in a location looking like snow, but the snow was warm to the touch. Then another pulse and they find themselves in a location with a meadow. With each pulse, they find themselves in a different location. Then they touch the orb and find themselves in a forest. This time the pulse doesn’t end and they find that the experience doesn’t fade. They head to a waterfall, down to a lagoon. They head to a cottage. They see someone on a jetty near the cottage. The person is just sat there, not responding to them trying to engage in conversation. The person eventually greets them and explains that they were in a deep meditation. The person explained about the orbs. They explain that they are a robot and that the orbs are advanced technology. The robot takes them down to a secret room with a chair in the middle of the room. The person sits in the chair, has a helmet put on their head and using light and sound, the helmet triggers a binaural experience which forms into a vivid visualisation of being on a beach. They find someone painting who explains to them about what they are doing. They find themselves next drifting to the experience of being in an aquarium. Leaving the aquarium, they find themselves in an art gallery. After their experience, they find themselves back in the chamber as they take off the helmet. They head back up to the cottage and to the jetty. The person found their way back to the orb and found themselves back in the chamber in the pyramid then drifted out of the experience, back to the loft and continued to sort out and tidy the loft. The person then went on a camping road trip to connect with a different way to approach the future. On returning home, they find themselves drifting to sleep so peacefully, soundly and comfortably.

The Healing Dream (Sleep Story)

(Premium) This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about imagining yourself sitting on a beach as the sun sets. You watch as shooting stars pass across the sky then settled down in a sleeping bag in a tent, drifting asleep. You dream about floating out of your body. You land on the clouds and find a lake, you rest your hands in the water and notice some of the cool blueness passing into you, comforting and healing. You row across the lake to an island in the middle of the lake. In the middle of the island is a hole. You close your eyes, step into the hole and slide in the hole like a water slide travelling deeper inside the cloud. You see here how the water is produced, how it rains, how the cloud is driven and how the cloud interacts with other clouds. You drop from the cloud and fly to the ground, landing in an old-fashioned telephone box in England. You hear drumming on the telephone and notice the changes to the rhythms. When the drumming stops, you leave the phone box and head into the market. You walk to a potato seller. The potato seller shows you to a room down an alleyway. You sit in a seat and they guide you through an inner process. You find yourself in a room full of mirrors. You look into your eyes in a mirror until you can’t tell whether your eyes are open or closed. You find yourself in a savannah with a lake. You head to the lake, you notice Elephants and other animals. You set up a small fire in a cave and notice cave paintings on the walls of the cave. You investigate the cave paintings and as you touch the paintings, you get a flash of times passed. You then drift asleep in the cave. When you wake up, you notice a wolf had entered the cave and slept beside you. You set off on a journey with the wolf over many days and nights. You help each other on your journey. You head to the ocean before finding yourself back in the room of mirrors. You get given a glass of goo, which you work into a ball and it becomes an orb. The orb begins to float. You get told that, from a touch, the orb can heal. You think about what you would like healed and touch the orb. The person guides you back out of this place after your experience and guides you back to the market. You head back to the phone box, hear the phone ringing, lift the receiver, hear drumming and find yourself back in the cloud. You leave the cloud and drift into the you in the tent where you drift from dreaming sleep into a deep sleep. The next morning you awaken refreshed and revitalised and head through woodland, meet someone who talks with you and then seems to disappear as they walk away. You continue your journey home, continuing to wonder about your experience. Once home, you head to bed and drift and float comfortably asleep.

The Couple’s Railway Holiday (Sleep Story)

(Premium) This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about a couple celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary. They went on a long train journey. They pass around and through mountains, sleep the night on the train, the next day, they pull in at a station and have a few hours to explore. While exploring, they hear a sonic boom and see the wave of pressure travel through the environment. They see a UFO appear, then in a blink, disappear, then appear again and land. They watch as aliens leave the ship, explore the surroundings, before getting back onto the ship and flying off again. They noticed a long time had passed. Back on the train, they wondered where the 4 hours had gone. They decided to try hypnosis to reveal what happened during the missing time. The hypnotised person explains about a purple pulse, then they both walk to the aliens, they are guided on to the ship, they are scanned with different items, measured, weighed, have some dead skin wiped off to gather some DNA, then they are shown off the craft and back to where they were standing. The hypnosis was ended and they talked, fascinated and excited about what had happened. The next day when the train stops, they go and explore the area, taking photos of wildlife. The next day, they arrive at the coast where they stay in a luxury hotel for a night before the train journey back to where they started. They explore the town, the seafront at night. The next day, they set off on their journey home, stopping at the same locations but at different times of the day, so they enjoyed different things on the return journey. Once back home, they relaxed, looked at their photos and video clips from their break away. They head to bed and drift so peacefully and comfortably asleep.
